Senior Principal Sub-Assembly (SUB) Integrated Product Team Lead (IPTL)

This senior leadership position manages the full lifecycle of sub-assembly projects, from requirements and planning through integration, verification, and delivery. The IPTL partners with program leadership, engineering, manufacturing, suppliers, and test organizations to improve production readiness, resolve failures, increase yield, and implement effective manufacturing verification testing. They establish schedules, budgets, staffing plans, risk controls, and technical monitoring for hardware obsolescence while ensuring alignment across multiple organizations. The role also serves as a key stakeholder interface, participates in change governance, supports future proposals, and mentors technical teams. It suits an experienced aerospace or defense program leader with strong hardware/software/firmware integration expertise, cross-functional leadership ability, and an active Secret clearance.
