Senior Principal Electrical Engineer - Test

This position sits within Raytheon’s Effectors Directorate, which creates test solutions for a wide range of defense products. The engineer will lead multidisciplinary teams while developing interface hardware, cabling, schematics, circuits, and integrated test environments using modern design tools and instrumentation. Responsibilities span the full test-product lifecycle, from concept and analysis through implementation, integration, and issue resolution. The role also involves shaping processes and strategy, coordinating with customers and vendors, and briefing senior stakeholders on important technical matters. It is well suited to an accomplished electrical engineer with deep test-system expertise, strong leadership ability, and experience delivering analog, digital, mixed-signal, or RF solutions in a cleared defense environment.
