Senior Principal Electrical Engineer - Test

This position sits within Raytheon’s Effectors Directorate, which creates test solutions for a wide range of defense products. The engineer will lead multidisciplinary teams while developing interface hardware, cabling, schematics, circuits, and integrated test environments using modern design tools and instrumentation. Requirements

10+ years of electrical engineering design and analysis experience (or 7+ years with advanced degree)Proficiency with CAD and schematic design tools such as Altium, DX Designer, or CreoDemonstrated expertise in analog, digital, and RF design with experience integrating complex electrical interconnectsFamiliarity with standard test equipment including oscilloscopes, network analyzers, and power metersActive or obtainable U.S. Secret security clearance; U.S. citizenship requiredLeadership capability to manage multidisciplinary teams and communicate with senior leadership and external stakeholders
