This engineer joins Raytheon’s Systems Engineering and Test Capabilities organization in Tucson, supporting defense systems ranging from ship-, surface-, and air-launched effectors to advanced and space technologies. Requirements

Bachelor's degree in STEM field with minimum 8 years of relevant systems integration and test experienceDemonstrated experience in lab or field environment systems integration, platform integration, or flight test executionStrong data collection, analysis, and technical troubleshooting skills with ability to diagnose complex system issuesExperience generating technical documentation such as test plans, procedures, and reportsLeadership experience managing teams in integration and test activitiesActive or obtainable DoD Secret security clearance; U.S. citizenship required
