Principal Systems Integration and Test Engineer
This engineer joins Raytheon’s Systems Engineering and Test Capabilities organization in Tucson, supporting defense systems ranging from ship-, surface-, and air-launched effectors to advanced and space technologies. The work covers building and certifying test assets, integrating systems with military platforms, executing environmental and functional testing, and supporting flight-test missions. Engineers investigate failures, analyze test data, document results, and prepare materials for formal readiness and review activities. The position also involves collaboration with internal teams, suppliers, customers, military personnel, and test ranges, along with occasional travel to test locations. It suits an experienced systems engineer who enjoys hands-on integration, complex troubleshooting, technical leadership, and mission-focused work in a secure onsite environment.
