Senior Principal Project Engineer – Engineering Execution PM (Onsite)

This onsite position sits within Raytheon’s Advanced Technologies organization and supports the program manager and chief engineer in directing day-to-day execution. The successful candidate will align integrated teams around execution plans, maintain operating cadence, monitor metrics, address corrective actions, and help manage risks, opportunities, resources, and customer reviews. The role requires close coordination with engineering, finance, contracts, supply chain, quality, security, and other functional groups, along with mentoring of program personnel. It is well suited to an experienced technical or program leader who wants broader program-management exposure and is comfortable managing complex priorities in a defense environment. A current Secret clearance and U.S. citizenship are required, with Tucson-based onsite work.
