Senior Engineering Program Manager II - New Ventures

AxonScottsdale, AZFull-time

This role owns the complete hardware execution lifecycle for Axon's robotics division, managing complex multi-disciplinary systems spanning design, manufacturing, certification, and supply chain across Taiwan, Belgium, and Poland. You'll establish and enforce program governance through phase gates, risk management, and executive communication while coordinating design reviews, vendor relationships, and production readiness across international contract manufacturers. You'll balance technical credibility across electrical, mechanical, and firmware teams with program-level execution discipline, managing 500+ task schedules, FMEA processes, and critical path dependencies simultaneously. This role suits seasoned program managers with 10+ years in hardware product development at scale who have successfully navigated multi-site manufacturing, regulatory certification, and the pressure of delivering outcomes that no single team could achieve alone.
