(Senior) Director, Product Quality

This leader will serve as the primary quality authority for assigned product lines, guiding investigations, improvement programs, performance reporting, and customer escalations. They will embed quality and reliability practices throughout new product introduction and the full product lifecycle, including risk analysis, qualification, FMEA, reliability planning, and corrective action. The position reports to the VP of Global Quality and works across technical and commercial functions to support successful product launches and dependable field performance. It also involves executive communication, cross-functional influence, and ownership of critical customer concerns.
