NPI & Technology Leader

This role leads the organization’s technology direction and the readiness of complex New Product Introduction programs. It coordinates decisions involving process technology, packaging, architecture, staffing, resources, and internal or external IP, while tracking execution through qualification and production release. The leader will also establish technology and IP roadmaps, including priorities for 12e process deployment and digital IP initiatives, to support business and product goals. Success requires influencing engineering, product, and executive stakeholders across a global matrixed organization and intervening when critical programs need stronger structure or support. It is suited to an experienced semiconductor technology executive with deep technical expertise, a history of leading complex NPI efforts, and strong strategic, analytical, and communication skills.
