Associate Director, Program Management - Advanced Hypersonic Weapons

This position works with the Senior Director and cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and turn them into executable program efforts. The leader will oversee capture activities, coordinate proposal development, shape demonstration plans, and maintain relationships with senior customers, suppliers, and government stakeholders. Success requires balancing cost, schedule, technical performance, risks, and portfolio priorities across a complex defense environment. The role is onsite in Tucson and involves frequent travel for customer engagements. It suits an experienced defense program or capture leader with strong proposal, missile development, cross-functional leadership, and government acquisition experience who holds an active Secret clearance.
