Central Tool Install (CTI) Schedule and Program Integration Manager

This position sits within Intel Foundry Construction and Sourcing and supports the integration of tool-installation programs across multiple sites. The manager will establish scheduling standards, oversee governance and change processes, maintain controlled procedures and playbooks, and provide leadership with performance insights. Success requires partnering with construction, design, project controls, factory, and site teams to resolve risks, coordinate workstreams, and strengthen execution readiness. The role is well suited to a program, scheduling, construction, or project-controls professional who can turn complex information into decisions and influence stakeholders in a matrixed environment. Candidates should be comfortable with process improvement, executive communication, schedule analytics, and large-scale capital or manufacturing projects.
