Senior Material Program Manager

This onsite position supports Raytheon’s Naval Standard Missile Systems organization by coordinating supply chain activities across program management, engineering, quality, production, and procurement. The successful candidate will lead material planning and supplier strategies, brief leadership on risks and constraints, support proposal estimates and supplier negotiations, and manage financial and earned value responsibilities. The role also includes overseeing supplier performance, make-or-buy decisions, customer flow-down requirements, estimates at completion, and MRP scheduling needs. It suits an experienced supply chain or material program professional who can influence stakeholders in a matrixed environment, communicate confidently with customers and suppliers, and manage complex defense production programs. Domestic or international travel may be required, and the position is based onsite in Tucson.

Requirements

University degree or equivalent experience with minimum 8 years relevant supply chain experience (or advanced degree with 5 years)Demonstrated experience in supply chain management and material requirements planningActive DoD Secret security clearance and U.S. citizenship eligibilityProficiency with supply chain planning tools (SAP, PRISM, Kinaxis, or similar)Strong proposal and material estimating experienceAdvanced Microsoft Office and excellent cross-functional communication skills
