Operations Product Specialist - Electronics (Onsite)

This position supports the planning, development, and manufacture of electronics products within Collins Aerospace’s Power & Controls organization. The specialist will investigate process problems, manage recovery actions against MRP plans, and help ensure manufacturing commitments are delivered on schedule. The role operates with considerable independence while also mentoring colleagues and helping shape operational procedures and policies. It suits an experienced manufacturing or operations professional with electronics knowledge, strong coordination skills, and the ability to influence cross-functional partners. The position is fully onsite in Phoenix and requires U.S. citizenship due to program access restrictions.
