This position sits within Raytheon’s Program Planning organization and partners with program managers, customers, suppliers, and senior leadership on complex defense programs. The planner develops and updates the Integrated Master Schedule, incorporates contractual changes, verifies government and earned-value compliance, and performs critical-path, variance, and what-if analyses. The role also supports estimate-at-completion and latest-revised-estimate activities and maintains a master phasing schedule using specialized planning tools. It suits an organized program scheduling professional who can translate statements of work into executable plans, communicate findings clearly, and balance technical, cost, and schedule demands. The position is onsite in Tucson and requires U.S. citizenship plus an active Secret clearance after the first day.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field with minimum 2 years of program planning, scheduling, or project management experienceProficiency with scheduling software such as MS Project, Primavera, or OpenPlanAbility to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret security clearance; U.S. citizenship requiredStrong communication skills with ability to present schedule analysis and status to diverse stakeholder levelsExperience with government regulations and earned value management complianceCapability to decompose statements of work into executable program plans with resource and budget integration
