Product Install Engineer - SWIFT-90% Travel

As a Product Install Engineer on KLA’s Services team, you will deploy new equipment at semiconductor customer sites and ensure installations meet required quality, timing, and warranty objectives. The position includes troubleshooting system-level problems, coordinating solutions with senior engineers and managers, and documenting progress, issues, and results through service reports and daily updates. Engineers spend most of their time in the field and may work extended hours, six-day weeks, and consecutive assignments without returning home between activities. The role suits a technically capable, self-directed professional with strong mechanical and analytical abilities, customer communication skills, and comfort traveling internationally for long periods. Experience supporting complex semiconductor capital equipment, or an equivalent technical background, is expected, along with ongoing training and installation certification.
