Sr. Program Planner I - Onsite

This position supports Raytheon’s Program Design & Planning organization during program execution. The planner owns updates to the integrated master schedule, maintains alignment between cost and schedule baselines, and incorporates contractual or program changes. Responsibilities include critical-path evaluation, schedule risk and variance analysis, cost-estimating support, and preparation of internal and customer-facing reports. The role suits an analytical, proactive professional who can work across functions, influence stakeholders, and ensure compliance with government and corporate requirements. It is based fully onsite in Tucson and requires an active Secret clearance and U.S. citizenship.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree plus 5 years of relevant planning, scheduling, or project management experience, or an advanced degree plus 3 yearsExperience developing and maintaining Integrated Master SchedulesProficiency with MS Project, Primavera, Open Plan, or comparable scheduling softwareExperience with Earned Value Management Systems or similar processesKnowledge of critical-path, schedule-risk, variance, and schedule-trend analysisActive U.S. DoD Secret clearance and U.S. citizenship required
