RDC PMO - Program Cost Control EBA - P2 - Hybrid

The Program Cost Control Engineering Business Analyst partners with engineering product teams, control account managers, and program leadership to manage monthly and quarterly cost-control activities. Responsibilities include developing EAC and LRE forecasts, analyzing earned value and financial results, monitoring actual spending, and explaining variances against approved plans. The role also supports budget change requests, schedule and labor analysis, and reporting through tools such as SAP, APEX, IMS, and PMX. It suits an analytical professional who can work independently while communicating effectively with cross-functional teams. A university degree or equivalent experience, relevant cost or program analysis background, and familiarity with Excel and enterprise business systems are expected.
