Senior Principal Engineer: Flight Vehicle (FV) Integrated Product Team Lead (IPTL) (Onsite)

This senior leadership position directs a multidisciplinary team responsible for developing and integrating the SLCM-N flight vehicle. The IPTL establishes schedules, manages scope and budgets using EVMS, oversees estimates, and supports future contract proposals. The role also builds a layered leadership structure, mentors technical managers, and contributes to major program decisions alongside engineering and program leadership. As the primary customer contact for flight vehicle activities, the leader must align Raytheon teams across locations with Navy program expectations. It suits an experienced missile systems or aerospace engineering leader who has managed complex development efforts, sizable budgets, and secure government programs.
