Business Analyst

This position works within University Business Services as a connection point between university departments, business users, and technology teams. The analyst helps define requirements, document processes, develop functional specifications, and support the configuration and maintenance of Workday modules across finance and human resources. Responsibilities include planning and conducting system and user acceptance testing, supporting releases, troubleshooting issues, maintaining system documentation, and assisting with training. The role is well suited to a collaborative problem solver who can explain technical and procedural concepts clearly and work methodically with complex business systems. Experience with Workday, higher education administration, or business process analysis would be valuable.
