Supplier Performance Specialist (Remote - Residing in Phoenix, AZ Area)

The Supplier Performance Specialist supports RTX’s supplier development and delivery assurance functions by addressing barriers that delay aircraft parts and other products. The role analyzes supplier operations, material availability, work-in-progress, quality issues, and sub-tier supplier activity to develop mitigation and improvement plans. It involves coordinating multiple projects with cross-functional teams, supplier leaders, customers, and management while using structured project and process improvement methods. The specialist will participate in supplier reviews and executive meetings and may co-lead improvement activities with internal and external partners. This position suits a self-directed supply chain or operations professional who can build relationships, act decisively, and travel extensively to suppliers across the Phoenix area.
