JSOW & NMESIS Finance Manager

This position sits within the NAM Finance organization and manages the financial portfolio for multiple defense contracts supporting JSOW and NMESIS. The Finance Lead will supervise one analyst while partnering with program directors, managers, engineers, customers, and other functional teams to align financial performance with operational and strategic goals. Responsibilities include FP&A, annual and long-range planning, EACs, SRO risk and opportunity analysis, workforce planning, funding reviews, customer deliverables, proposals, negotiations, and program reviews. The role also contributes to business capture and program startup activities as the portfolio expands. It suits an experienced finance professional who is confident influencing stakeholders, developing teams, presenting financial information, and working across complex programs in a fast-paced aerospace and defense environment.
