This remote leadership position coordinates endpoint initiatives between Raytheon stakeholders, enterprise technology teams, vendors, and senior leaders. It oversees requirements, solution and change reviews, user acceptance testing, rollout readiness, and end-user change management for workplace technologies. The lead also advocates for employee experience, investigates endpoint performance problems, and ensures devices and supporting processes meet security and regulatory expectations. The work centers on Windows environments, endpoint management, security tooling, patching, software deployment, and hardware evaluation. It is well suited to an experienced endpoint or digital workplace professional who can provide technical direction, resolve complex issues, and align cross-functional groups. U.S. citizenship and residence in one of the 50 states are required.

Requirements

University degree with 10+ years relevant experience, or advanced degree with 7+ years in endpoint management or IT service deliveryHands-on experience with Windows OS, Intune, SCCM, Microsoft Defender, and endpoint security toolsExpertise in hardware performance evaluation, patch management, and software deploymentStrong stakeholder management and cross-functional alignment skillsU.S. citizenship required for program access authorizationTroubleshooting and root cause analysis capabilities with IT service delivery background
