Tool Install Manager

This position sits within Intel’s Project Execution organization and supports the Virtual Factory portfolio from the Ocotillo Campus in Chandler, Arizona. The manager may lead teams or operate as an individual contributor while overseeing substantial capital programs and large contractor workforces supporting fabs, conversions, and strategic facility initiatives. Responsibilities include integrating design and construction activities, managing suppliers, controlling cost and schedule, assessing risks, and resolving complex execution issues without interrupting factory operations. The role also advances lean, constraint-management, safety, productivity, and workforce-development practices across tool installation operations. It suits an experienced semiconductor, construction, engineering, or program leader who can influence across a matrixed organization and is willing to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
