Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, or related field plus 9+ years of relevant leadership experience, or 12+ years of equivalent strategic leadership/program management experienceDirect experience supporting semiconductor factory tool-installation rampsExperience leading large-scale construction, capital, operations, or qualification programsStrong stakeholder, executive communication, supplier-management, and cross-functional leadership skillsKnowledge of construction project lifecycles and semiconductor facility systemsCommitment to safety, operational excellence, structured problem-solving, and travel or relocation flexibility
