Repair Customer Account Analyst (Hybrid)

This analyst manages a large portfolio of commercial and military repair orders from intake through completion, including quotes, updates, warranty reviews, invoicing support, and compliance checks. Working within the Phoenix Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul organization, the position partners with Operations, Planning, Engineering, Quality, Finance, and customers to keep repairs moving and address risks early. The role requires careful interpretation of contracts, adherence to trade and company policies, and effective use of business systems and performance reports. It suits an organized customer-focused professional who can balance competing priorities in a deadline-driven aerospace or regulated manufacturing environment. Candidates with MRO, government contracting, SAP, or procurement experience may be especially well suited.
