Systems Engineer II – Guidance, Navigation, and Control Engineer
The engineer supports current and future missile programs by designing, integrating, and validating embedded GNC algorithms and tactical flight software. Responsibilities include performance studies, modeling, optimization, Monte Carlo analysis, and six-degree-of-freedom simulation to assess system behavior under expected disturbances. The position operates within an Agile engineering environment and may contribute to planning, metrics, technical mentoring, and resolution of obsolescence or capability-development needs. It suits an early-career systems or controls engineer with experience in areas such as navigation, dynamics, signal processing, modeling, simulation, or verification. The role is fully onsite in Tucson and requires U.S. citizenship plus the ability to obtain an interim Secret clearance and additional program access.
