Senior Operator (Onsite)

This position supports Axon’s manufacturing operations by completing assembly, component installation, hand soldering, and related production tasks for modules, boards, panels, and finished units. The operator follows documented procedures, production schedules, equipment instructions, and quality checks while keeping the work area organized and safe. They also identify process problems, communicate accurate information to technicians or supervisors, and help resolve operational issues. The role requires strong coordination, basic math and computer skills, reliability, and the ability to adapt when production conditions change. It is well suited to someone with manufacturing or machine-operation experience who is comfortable standing for long shifts and handling materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
