Senior GTM Recruiter

This recruiter will join Axon’s Global Talent Acquisition team and own hiring efforts across go-to-market positions such as account executives, customer success leaders, and sales development representatives. The role serves as a strategic advisor to sales leadership, helping define talent needs, challenge assumptions, and deliver strong hiring outcomes. Responsibilities include proactive sourcing, managing multiple visible searches, refining recruiting processes, and creating a direct and respectful candidate experience. The position is suited to an experienced corporate recruiter who is comfortable with fast-paced, high-volume work, senior stakeholder influence, and data-informed decision-making. It follows a hybrid schedule based in Axon’s North Scottsdale office, with onsite work Tuesday through Friday.
