VP of Professional Services

This role leads the engineering and solution architecture function responsible for migration and integration across Axon’s public-safety product portfolio. The successful candidate will create reusable pipelines, mapping tools, validation systems, connectors, and operational safeguards that reduce bespoke implementation work and customer disruption. They will partner with Product, Research and Development, Professional Services, Sales, and external technology partners to shape roadmaps, delivery capacity, tooling decisions, and integration strategy. The position also owns governance and security for sensitive criminal justice data, along with performance measures for quality, speed, defects, and deployment readiness. It suits a hands-on executive technologist with extensive experience building data platforms and teams, especially someone familiar with public-sector systems, enterprise integration tools, and large-scale legacy cutovers.
