Career Development & CORE Domain Lead - Finance

You will serve as the primary leader for advancing finance process excellence through RTX's CORE Operating System, driving adoption across finance domains by mapping processes, assessing maturity levels, and monitoring initiative progress. The role combines strategic program management with operational execution, requiring you to facilitate cross-functional collaboration between finance leadership, process teams, and improvement initiative sponsors to ensure alignment with enterprise objectives. You'll manage finance command media communications, lead town hall engagements with executive leadership, and act as a subject matter expert moderating sessions to identify synergies and drive organizational change. This position suits strategic thinkers with strong finance domain knowledge, proven change management experience, and the ability to influence leadership at multiple organizational levels while maintaining collaborative relationships across business units.
