The Engineering Finance SETC Analyst supports the Surface Radars and Sensors Center by owning financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting responsibilities. You'll analyze spending data, prepare variance reports, and deliver actionable financial insights to senior leaders to inform strategic decisions. The role requires collaboration across engineering, program management, and operations teams to align financial goals with business objectives. You'll manage compliance with RTX policies, support executive reporting, and identify process improvements to enhance financial operations. Requirements

Bachelor's degree and 8+ years relevant experience, or Advanced degree and 5+ years experienceProficiency with Microsoft Office toolsExperience in aerospace and defense industry or large multinational corporationStrong SAP knowledgeAbility to lead cross-functional initiatives and manage multiple prioritiesExcellent communication and presentation skills for non-financial audiences
