Engineering Finance SETC Analyst - SRS

This position is part of the finance function supporting the Surface Radars and Sensors Center at RTX. It manages budgets, forecasts, overhead spending, variance analysis, recurring financial reports, and executive presentation materials while ensuring adherence to company controls and procedures. The analyst works closely with center, department, and section leaders, as well as engineering, program, and operations teams, to connect financial plans with business priorities. Responsibilities also include labor transfers, IOTs, and improving processes through digital tools. It suits an experienced finance professional who can lead cross-functional efforts, communicate clearly with non-financial partners, and manage competing deadlines in a complex aerospace or defense environment.
