Sr. Systems Engineer - Guidance, Navigation, and Control Engineer

This engineer will support current and future missile programs by evaluating, designing, integrating, and testing embedded GNC algorithms and tactical flight code. The position contributes to six-degree-of-freedom simulations, system-level performance studies, optimization, and Monte Carlo analysis under realistic disturbances. Working in an Agile engineering environment, the engineer will help shape technical plans, manage work priorities, track progress, and guide less experienced team members. The role is part of Raytheon’s Effectors PG&C organization and involves close collaboration across software, firmware, systems, and flight engineering functions. It is well suited to an experienced GNC, controls, navigation, signal processing, or modeling and simulation engineer who can work onsite in Tucson and qualify for a U.S. government security clearance.
