Sr. Mgr, Supply Chain Mgmt

This role leads supply chain coordination for a portfolio of aerospace programs and products, linking program teams, operations, and commodity procurement organizations. The position monitors material readiness, delivery performance, supplier capacity, inventory, costs, and operational risks, while helping develop recovery and continuity plans. It also contributes to SIOP, annual operating plans, inventory and rate planning, and regular business reviews with leaders across the organization. The role suits an experienced supply chain professional who can influence across functions, communicate with senior stakeholders, analyze performance data, and drive corrective actions without direct authority. Aerospace, supplier management, SAP, delivery assurance, and project management experience would be especially valuable, along with willingness to travel up to 25%.
