Digital Operations Lead, Tucson Immersive Design Center, Onsite

This position joins Raytheon Digital Technology’s Advanced Visualization & Proposal Services team to manage the Tucson Immersive Design Center. The lead schedules and delivers customer engagements, oversees content and hardware initiatives, and coordinates with security, facilities, finance, supply chain, and other partners to maintain classified and unclassified operations. They monitor utilization, return on investment, budgets, and capital work while developing outreach activities such as tours, presentations, and communications. The role also identifies new visualization opportunities and acts as product owner for related projects. It suits an experienced operations or program professional who can influence diverse stakeholders, present effectively, manage competing priorities, and work onsite with an active Secret clearance.
