Systems Engineer II - Processing, Guidance, & Controls Engineers

This engineer will support Raytheon’s Processing, Guidance, & Controls organization across areas such as autonomous-system algorithms, sensor and navigation processing, dynamic modeling, simulation, and performance analysis. The work includes creating and evaluating models, analyzing test data, troubleshooting system behavior, and improving product performance through design and validation activities. The role partners with software, electrical, mechanical, systems, and test engineers to integrate complex systems and reduce development risks. It is suited to an early-career STEM engineer with at least two years of relevant experience who is comfortable using technical programming and modeling tools. The position is fully on-site in Tucson, Arizona, may involve occasional travel, and offers relocation assistance.
