Test Technician I, 3rd Shift (Onsite)
This position supports Collins Aerospace operations by preparing test equipment, conducting qualification and production tests, and evaluating whether components meet technical requirements. The technician diagnoses faults to the component level using electrical measurement tools, performs repairs or modifications, and maintains accurate records in company systems. The work involves interpreting schematics, drawings, manuals, and other technical instructions while coordinating with engineering and manufacturing partners. The schedule is Sunday through Thursday from 10:00 p.m. to 6:30 a.m., with temporary training on an earlier shift before moving to nights. It suits someone with foundational electronics experience who is comfortable with hands-on troubleshooting, physical production work, structured procedures, and an aerospace manufacturing environment.
