Material Program Manager - Tucson, AZ
This position supports the supply chain and program execution functions by translating product needs into supplier plans and monitoring procurement performance. The manager will work with IPT leaders, suppliers, and internal stakeholders on capacity, risk mitigation, material planning, budgets, proposals, and program reviews. Responsibilities also include supporting earned value and estimate-at-completion activities and developing material strategies for new or expanding programs. The role is suited to an experienced project or materials professional who can communicate across a matrixed organization, resolve issues, and operate effectively in a fast-paced aerospace and defense environment. It is based in Tucson and requires U.S. citizenship, with the ability to earn Material Program Manager certification within the first year.
