Manufacturing Engineer II (Onsite)

This engineer will develop and maintain manufacturing processes that balance cost, ergonomics, quality, and production speed. They will troubleshoot production-line issues, evaluate equipment and automation options, and provide technical direction to technicians and production leaders. The position works closely with Quality, Product, Research and Development, and Automation groups to ensure manufactured products meet customer and design requirements. It also involves documenting processes through SOPs, flowcharts, and technical manuals, while identifying efficiency improvements. The role suits an experienced manufacturing engineer who is comfortable in a high-volume automated environment and can lead structured root-cause investigations.

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering, or equivalentAt least 5 years of manufacturing engineering experienceKnowledge of standard manufacturing methodsExperience with high-volume automated productionStrong problem-solving skillsAbility to lead root-cause analysis and produce clear technical documentation
