Principal Project Engineer: Offensive Systems Engineering (OSE) Portfolio Program Manager (Onsite)

This position manages a portfolio of IRAD and CRAD programs within Raytheon’s Advanced Technology organization, ensuring technical objectives, budgets, schedules, and customer commitments are met. The program manager will shape portfolio strategy, allocate people and investment resources, coordinate infrastructure needs, and report performance and risks to senior leadership. The role works closely with engineering, finance, supply chain, business development, customers, and external partners while also supporting proposals and follow-on opportunities. It includes mentoring and growing a program management team and providing strategic assistance to related RTX organizations. This opportunity suits an experienced defense or aerospace program leader who can manage complex cross-functional work, communicate with senior stakeholders, and operate in a classified environment.
