Senior HR Business Partner

This role serves as a strategic and hands-on HR partner to leaders throughout Axon’s fast-paced, globally distributed business. The position evaluates workforce and talent lifecycle challenges, uses data to identify root causes, and develops practical solutions that can scale across the organization. It also involves coaching managers and executives, guiding performance and employee relations matters, supporting investigations, and implementing People Operations initiatives. The successful candidate will collaborate across a matrixed HR function while balancing long-term strategy with day-to-day execution.
