This engineer develops electrical test solutions, including interface assemblies, cabling, schematics, circuits, and instrument integrations for Raytheon hardware. They support the full test-product lifecycle while helping manage technical performance, cost, schedules, and issue resolution. The position sits within the Test Equipment Engineering Directorate and involves collaboration across electrical, software, mechanical, and other engineering disciplines. It suits an experienced electrical engineer who can work independently, lead technical efforts, and apply analog, digital, RF, and mixed-signal troubleshooting skills. U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain an interim Secret clearance are required for this onsite Tucson position.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in STEM with 5+ years relevant electrical engineering experience, or Advanced degree with 3+ years experienceExperience with electrical engineering design tools such as Altium, DX Designer, or Mentor CapitalProficiency with common test equipment including oscilloscopes, DMMs, network analyzers, and power metersAbility to obtain and maintain U.S. government Secret-level security clearance; U.S. citizenship requiredStrong troubleshooting, analysis, and technical writing capabilities with schematic interpretation skillsPreferred experience in analog, digital, or RF design with ability to lead multidisciplinary engineering teams
