Order Management Manager

This individual contributor role owns order processing from validation and booking through amendments, corrections, and release. The manager reviews commercial terms, handles exceptions affecting billing or fulfillment, performs quality and compliance checks, and provides insight for forecasting. Reporting to the Director of Order Management, the position partners with multiple business functions and helps remove operational blockers. It also contributes to automation and process improvement while training and mentoring less experienced analysts. The role suits an experienced order management or revenue operations professional who can work independently, navigate ambiguity, and influence stakeholders across teams.
