Order Management Manager

The Order Management Manager is responsible for the end-to-end order processing lifecycle at Axon, including validation, booking, amendments, and fulfillment coordination. This individual contributor role requires managing complex global transactions with minimal supervision, interpreting contracts and pricing terms, and resolving issues that impact bookings, invoicing, and compliance. The position involves partnering with Sales, Finance, Fulfillment, and Product teams to remove operational blockers and drive continuous improvement through automation and process optimization. This role suits an experienced operations professional with deep knowledge of revenue controls and order-to-cash environments who thrives in cross-functional collaboration and can operate independently while mentoring junior analysts.
