VP, Corporate Development
The VP of Corporate Development will shape ASM’s acquisition strategy by identifying technologies, businesses, and partnerships that support semiconductor manufacturing priorities and long-term industry trends. This leader will work across engineering, product management, operations, supply chain, finance, and executive leadership to evaluate targets, build business cases, and complete complex transactions. Responsibilities span sourcing opportunities, modeling value and synergies, negotiating deal terms, managing external advisers, and obtaining executive or Board approval. The role also oversees integration planning, including technology roadmaps, manufacturing, customer service, talent retention, and performance tracking after a transaction closes. It suits an experienced M&A or strategy leader with strong semiconductor technology knowledge, financial judgment, executive influence, and the ability to translate highly technical assessments into business decisions.
