Product Quality Engineer II (Onsite)

This engineer will support Axon’s quality engineering organization by planning and executing validation, inspection, and launch activities for video and public safety hardware. Responsibilities include leading corrective action and material review efforts, evaluating supplier documentation, developing risk assessments, managing sampling plans, and analyzing process and field data. The position works closely with engineering, product, manufacturing, suppliers, and field support teams to identify problems and improve products and processes. It is well suited to an experienced quality professional who is comfortable with statistical methods, technical documentation, independent decision-making, and hands-on troubleshooting. The role is fully onsite in Scottsdale and reports to the Quality Engineering Manager.
