Principal CAD Configuration Manager

This position supports CAD configuration management, Creo expertise, and digital engineering efforts for hardware engineering and test equipment teams. The manager will help advance MBSE and MBD practices, provide Creo training, guide model reviews, and ensure technical data complies with applicable drawing and model standards. The role also involves working with engineering users and leadership to establish best practices, address validation and ModelCheck issues, and implement corrective actions. It is suited to an experienced CAD or configuration management professional who can combine technical problem-solving with cross-functional communication and project planning. The position is onsite in Tucson and requires U.S. citizenship along with the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance.
