Electrical Engineer II - Production Hardware
The Electrical Engineer II - Production Hardware position supports Raytheon's Air Launched Effector Guidance Systems department in developing and sustaining affordable electrical products for airborne applications. You'll enhance your expertise in digital, analog, and RF hardware by performing hands-on testing and debugging of circuit card assemblies and electro-mechanical systems, while collaborating with Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, and other Engineering teams to manage production and integration challenges. This role suits engineers with a solid foundation in circuit design and analysis who want to grow their troubleshooting skills in a real-world production environment while gaining certifications and Responsible Engineer Authority training. You'll work primarily onsite in Tucson, Arizona with less than 10% travel, enjoying a flexible 9/80 work schedule and the opportunity to balance meaningful defense-focused work with work-life balance.
