The MPM owns supply chain activities for the SM-3 IIA program within Raytheon’s Naval Power business, with responsibility for material planning, budgets, forecasts, purchase orders, and supplier outcomes. The role supports procurement strategies, sourcing events, negotiations, estimates at completion, integrated master schedules, and risk and opportunity management. It serves as a key interface among program managers, cross-functional engineering and operations teams, procurement organizations, and external suppliers. The position suits a self-directed professional with experience in supply chain, operations, finance, contracting, supplier management, or project leadership who can influence stakeholders and resolve performance issues. It is based onsite in Tucson, Arizona, requires U.S. citizenship, and may involve domestic or international travel.
