Senior Principal Engineer: Performance Analysis Software and Simulation (PASS) Integrated Product Team Lead (IPTL) (Onsite)

This position leads the PASS function supporting a major Navy missile program, overseeing the creation and delivery of performance analysis software, simulation models, and related engineering tools. The IPTL owns the team’s technical execution as well as its integrated schedule, budget performance, estimates, and proposal responsibilities. They will organize leaders and control account managers, work with senior program and chief engineering organizations, and represent the PASS scope to government customers. Success requires balancing detailed engineering understanding with program management discipline, including EVMS and Agile practices. The role is well suited to an experienced defense or aerospace leader who has managed complex software and simulation teams, substantial budgets, and highly regulated customer relationships.
