Senior Reliability Engineer

This role supports GaN technology development by creating reliability test methods, coordinating accelerated stress testing, and helping establish technology and product qualification plans. The engineer will analyze reliability data, build acceleration models, document findings, and guide failure and root-cause investigations when issues arise. They will work across multidisciplinary and global teams while managing several qualifications at once and using structured problem-solving methods to resolve challenges. The position suits an experienced semiconductor reliability professional with a foundation in electrical engineering, materials science, physics, device physics, and semiconductor manufacturing. It is an on-site Scottsdale position with potential domestic and international travel.
