Execution Director - AIM-9X Sidewinder Program

This senior leader will direct a broad AIM-9X execution portfolio spanning new weapon production, sustainment contracts, depot activities, and manufacturing capacity growth. The position leads program management teams, coordinates operations and shared factory resources, and uses schedule, cost, risk, and performance data to improve delivery and recover execution challenges. It also involves planning investments, workforce and capability expansion, supplier corrective actions, transition-to-production activities, and proposal efforts for future business. The director will work closely with Raytheon leadership, government and international customers, suppliers, and internal engineering, quality, operations, and supply chain organizations.
