Execution Director - AIM-9X Sidewinder Program

This senior leader will direct a broad AIM-9X execution portfolio spanning new weapon production, sustainment contracts, depot activities, and manufacturing capacity growth. The position leads program management teams, coordinates operations and shared factory resources, and uses schedule, cost, risk, and performance data to improve delivery and recover execution challenges. It also involves planning investments, workforce and capability expansion, supplier corrective actions, transition-to-production activities, and proposal efforts for future business. The director will work closely with Raytheon leadership, government and international customers, suppliers, and internal engineering, quality, operations, and supply chain organizations. This opportunity suits an experienced defense program executive with strong profit-and-loss ownership, production or sustainment leadership experience, and the ability to build accountable teams in a fast-moving environment.

Requirements

University degree or equivalent with 14+ years relevant experience, or advanced degree with 12+ years experiencePrior experience leading profit and loss for DoD production or sustainment contractsPrior experience managing complex production, sustainment, or depot operationsActive U.S. Secret security clearance (transferable) and U.S. citizenship requiredDemonstrated proficiency leading cross-functional teams and managing EAC metricsStrong background in high-tempo execution environments with proven customer relationship management
