System IC Architect - Advanced Power Systems

The architect will shape product concepts, specifications, and technology roadmaps for high-performance PoL modules and SiP solutions within NXP’s Advanced Power Systems organization. They will translate customer and system requirements into integrated power architectures, guide electrical and thermal analysis, and support development through product launch and commercialization. The position works across system architecture, IC design, packaging, modeling, manufacturing, and customer engineering teams, with a strong emphasis on AI compute power and additional relevance to automotive 48V and electrification platforms. It also involves technical customer engagement, cross-functional leadership, executive reporting, and global collaboration.
