Open role
Sr. Quality Engineer
This position joins Raytheon’s manufacturing quality organization and serves as a key liaison among factory personnel, engineering, management, customers, and government oversight representatives. The engineer will evaluate product and process compliance, control nonconforming material, support review boards, maintain inspection and work instructions, and guide issues through final resolution. They will also lead cross-functional failure analysis and corrective-action activities while using cost-of-poor-quality data to drive improvements. The role is well suited to an experienced quality professional with aerospace or defense manufacturing knowledge, strong communication skills, and the ability to work directly with production teams. Because the position supports classified defense work, U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain required Secret and ATF clearances are essential.
