Senior Systems Engineer – Software Systems (Onsite)

This engineer will serve as a responsible systems engineering contributor for embedded software, configurable logic, and test capabilities across missile development and fielded systems. Key work includes maintaining requirements, modeling processes in Cameo, conducting trade studies, supporting integration and testing, and helping verify that system requirements are satisfied. The position involves close coordination with systems, software, test, customers, and other technical stakeholders, as well as occasional technical presentations and failure investigations. It is fully onsite in Tucson and may include limited travel. The role suits an experienced systems engineer who is comfortable with software-centric products, MBSE, customer interaction, technical problem-solving, and mentoring less experienced colleagues.
